Founder & CEO
Angela has been an international business and marketing director and consultant, reimagining brands and reworking infrastructure for over 10 years. She has helped celebrity clients like Tony Robbins and brands like AT&T, DIRECTV, Gitex, and Dubai Jazz Festival, exceed their business goals by communicating vision and creating roadmaps to success. Angela was inspired to found The Destiny Lab to have the creative freedom to empower companies to lean into innovation and to educate people, especially business owners and leaders, to transform into their best selves.
Yamê is an international marketing leader with over 8 years of global experience. She has built brands from the ground up through immersive strategies from cosmetics, and fashion to the technology industry. With a strong background in marketing management and innovation, Yamê helped elevate the performance and profitability of organizations she worked with around the world, in addition to her comprehensive expertise in developing strategic initiatives throughout all levels of the marketing ecosystem.
Jenya is an expert in web development, boasting a wealth of experience in digital marketing, design, UI/UX, and product development, among other skills. She has been able to stay at the forefront of technological advancements by quickly acquiring knowledge of Cloud Computing, Website Design, MarTech, and other relevant areas. Jenya is an adept guide to teams in agile product development, offering solutions from vision and strategy to proactive measures. Over the years, she has served in various capacities with international non-profits such as UN World Food Programme and LCMS World Relief and Human Care International Assistance. Jenya has also developed digital products for funded start-ups in industries ranging from logistics to biopharma, legal, real estate, and food.
Mic is an engineer and technical specialist with over 8 years of experience developing innovative solutions for both global corporations and small businesses. With a knack for development and storytelling with data, he has deployed creative technical frameworks to support business strategies in industries including aerospace, energy, transportation, finance, and media. Mic currently serves to lead the way in innovative infrastructures. His diverse experience gives insight in developing new and efficient solutions to support client operations.
Social Media Manager
Courtnea is a highly skilled and experienced professional with a degree in Business Management and Visual Communications from the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising. Over the past 9 years, she has honed her expertise in marketing, social media, and public relations, while working across various industries, including fashion, agency settings, tech, and wellness. Her proven track record in these areas reflects her abilities to create and execute successful campaigns and maintain and build relationships with multiple audiences.
Nate Barnes, the new Sales Director at The Destiny Lab, has a wealth of experience in sales, having worked with small to publicly traded companies over the past 12 years. He understands the challenges that sales teams face in their day-to-day operations but has found ways to leverage technology to work smarter and more efficiently. Nate believes that personalization, technology, and data are the key elements that can help organizations of any size drive more revenue.
